Formed in 1960’s in the name of Kee Yip & Co.;  In 1970’s, Kee Yip & Co. become one of the major contractor for the cement industry in Hong Kong;

In 1985’s, a fabrication yard has been established in Fanling, Hong Kong;  

In 1987’s, the company has been amended in the name of “Wan’s Kee Yip Engineering & Metal Works Limited”;  In 1993’s, “Wan’s Kee Yip Engineering & Metal Works Limited” has been incorporated by the Hong Kong Government as an Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractor for Public Works under the “Installation of Mechanical Handling and Lifting Appliance” category and “ Manufacturing and Erection of Mechanical Plants and Equipment category;

In 1994’s, “Wan’s Kee Yip Engineering & Metal Works Limited” has been incorporated by the Hong Kong Government as an Approved Suppliers of Materials and Specialist Contractor for Public Works under the “Structural Steelworks” category;

In 1995’s, another fabrication yard namely “Guangzhou KeeYip Engineering & Metal Works LTD” has been set up in NanSha District, Guangzhou, CHINA, which occupies approx. 80,000m2;

In 1997’s, “Wan’s Kee Yip Engineering & Metal Works Limited” and “Guangzhou KeeYip Engineering & Metal Works LTD” were activity involved in the development of the Hong Kong International Airport located in Lantau;

In 2003’s, “Guangzhou KeeYip Engineering & Metal Works LTD” has been certified by BSI with the Quality Management System – ISO 9001:2008;

Currently, both “Wan’s Kee Yip Engineering & Metal Works Limited” and “Guangzhou KeeYip Engineering & Metal Works LTD” were actively involving into the engineering design, fabrication and installation works not only for Hong Kong and China, but also for the worldwide.
